Join renowned narrative practitioner and marriage and family therapist, Dr Julie Tilsen (RMFT, MA, MP), in a cohort focused on responding to the current landscape of mental health support with humanity.
This cohort is run from a narrative and social justice lens, with a focus on refusing the pull to privatize people, problems, and practice. Experience with narrative practice is not required.
Small cohort (maximum 6, minimum three). Hosted online (check time zone here). Eligible for 9 CE Credits with the CCPA.
Looking for clinical supervision hours? This counts towards supervision hours for RMFTs in Canada as well as LPCs or LPCCs in Minnesota.

Julie Tilsen (RMFT-SM in Canada, M.A., LP in Minnesota) is a renowned narrative therapist and award-winning author of Personal Responsibility Inc.: How Psychotherapy Turns Society's Problems into Yours, Queering Your Therapy Practice, Narrative Approaches to Youth Work, and Therapeutic Conversations with Queer Youth, as well as countless professional articles, book chapters, and counsellor trainings.
Julie is the recipient of the Minnesota Association of Marriage and Family Therapy Distinguished Service Award (2011) and an associate of the Taos Institute. Currently, she is living and working in Winnipeg, Manitoba, providing harm reduction services to people forced to live on the edges of society.
You’re likely to find Julie watching the Minnesota Lynx or Minnesota Gopher Women’s hockey, riding her bike, on a hike, or tramping through the woods on snowshoes. She’s probably outside throwing a ball for her dog, Bumper, right now. Coffee will be involved.
